Why We Like It

This is an excellent climbing structure to add to a snake's environment. The pegboard can be leaned up against a wall, allowing your animal to make use of the vertical space in his/her environment. This structure can be made to look natural, too.

Materials
  • Pegboard (sized to fit enclosure)

  • Wooden dowels to fit in pegs

  • Hammer

How to Make It
  1. Thoroughly clean the pegboard and the pegs

  2. Optional to make enrichment appear natural--stain/paint the pegboard to blend in with the enclosure. Let dry

  3. Use a hammer to pound each peg into desired holes

  4. Lean up against enclosure wall, or use bolts to secure to wall for heavier/more agile animals
