This enrichment is great for keeping animals busy because it is so time-consuming. It encourages creative problem solving and tool use to dislodge the raisins from the holes.
Materials

Thick piece of plastic, you can use a thick cutting board (watch for sharp edges)

Drill

1/8" and 1/4" drill bits
How to Make It

Clean and sand the board to remove sharp edges

Drill lots of different-sized holes all over the board

Fill each hole with a raisin; ensure that the raisin is flush with the board for maximum challenge

Give your animal a stick to go along with the board to extract the raisins
